Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in security operations, account management, and workforce scheduling to his role. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions at three major national security firms — Allied Universal, Securitas, and Sunstates Security — where he developed a deep understanding of how to manage complex, large-scale security programs.
Ryan’s expertise extends to overseeing large, multi-site security operations, requiring him to coordinate personnel, resources, and client needs across multiple locations simultaneously. He has extensive hands-on experience with WinTeam Scheduling, giving him strong technical proficiency in workforce management systems that are critical to running efficient, well-staffed security programs.
Ryan’s educational background reinforces his professional expertise: he holds a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and justice administration, along with an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice — a dual academic foundation that complements his practical, field-tested experience in the security industry.
