Howard Denham
Howard Denham presently serves as our Field Operations Manager, responsible for leading the Field Supervisor team. His role encompasses conducting compliance audits, overseeing security personnel within designated P4 portfolios, and fostering strong partnerships to unite staff towards common objectives. Howard contributes his expertise in strategic implementation and clear communication to create growth opportunities.
With an extensive background spanning 26 years in Asset Protection, Law Enforcement, and Organized Retail Crime Investigations (ORC), Howard has played a pivotal role in planning and executing Internal and External Covert Surveillance Operations. This has included collaboration with Federal Task Force Agencies on multiple levels, earning him numerous awards recognizing his achievements in security and investigations.
Howard holds certifications in various areas, including Illinois Peace Officer Firearms, Defensive Tactics & Conflict Resolution, Verbal Judo, Mental Health Awareness, Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Techniques, and CPR. In his leisure time, he enjoys pursuing his passion for DJing, staying active with workouts, and cherishing moments with his family.
