Adam is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of The P4 Companies, where he drives the organization’s strategic direction through leadership of business operations, human resources, finance, compliance, risk management, and enterprise-wide policy development. As COO, he oversees the systems, governance, and operational discipline that support P4’s rapid growth across multiple business units. His work emphasizes service excellence, workforce retention, financial sustainability, and scalable processes that enhance client outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Adam leads P4’s enterprise operations strategy, including budgeting and forecasting, compensation architecture, client profitability analysis, workforce planning, and the development of organizational standards. He works closely with the executive and ownership teams to ensure operational alignment with corporate priorities, while guiding leaders across the company in executing against KPI-driven performance expectations. His oversight extends to regulatory licensing, safety programs, legal and financial risk mitigation, vendor management, technology adoption, and the refinement of integrated security solutions tailored to complex client environments.

A recognized industry leader, Adam is deeply committed to advancing the security profession through training, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives. He serves as a consultant to the board and past president of the Illinois Security Professionals Association (ISPA), remains active on the ASIS International Security Services Steering Committee, and contributes to industry innovation through the Team Software (WorkWave) and Security Contractor Advisory Board.

Earlier in his career, Adam built a foundation in security leadership with Target Corporation and Securitas Security Services USA, managing large-scale portfolios across diverse industries. These experiences continue to inform his approach to organizational performance, risk management, and operational excellence at P4.
