Michael Taylor
Michael Taylor is an experienced security professional serving as a Scheduling
Specialist with P4 Companies. He joined P4 in 2024, bringing extensive expertise in
security operations and emergency management. In his role, Michael coordinates
staffing needs across multiple sites, fills open shifts, and schedules new officers for
training—ensuring seamless operational coverage and support.
Michael began his security career in 2003 and has accumulated over 22 years of
industry experience. Before joining P4 Companies, he spent five years with Allied
Universal Security starting in 2019, where he advanced through a series of leadership
roles including Super Flex Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor,
Account Manager, and Operations Manager. His broad operational background has
equipped him with deep knowledge of security protocols, personnel management, and
incident response.
In addition to his professional work, Michael is committed to public service. He
volunteers with his local emergency management unit, where he serves as Deputy
Director, supporting community preparedness and response efforts.
