Jake Rexilius
Jake Rexilius serves as Senior Accountant at the P4 Companies (P4), where he supports financial operations, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy and drive organizational efficiency. With a strong foundation in corporate accounting and audit support, Jake brings experience navigating multi-entity, fast-growing environments and implementing systems that scale with business needs.
Prior to joining P4, Jake was a Senior Accountant at Cox Automotive, where he played a key role in the company’s transition to Oracle, led critical data validation efforts, and partnered closely with internal and external auditors to streamline audit processes. Earlier in his career, he served as Controller at Green Garden Group, overseeing accounting operations during a period of rapid expansion. In that role, he implemented ASC 606 revenue recognition practices and standardized financial processes across multiple acquired branches. Jake’s career track record in finance also includes roles as Assistant Controller at Hyperion Solutions and Staff Accountant at Mathieson, Moyski, Austin & Co., LLP, where he developed deep expertise in consolidations, reconciliations, journal entry standardization, and audit procedures.
