James Jockl serves as a Human Resources Manager at P4, bringing nearly a decade of leadership experience in talent development and organizational strategy. A graduate of Illinois State University, James earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Communication in 2016. James began his career with Target as an intern and progressed through multiple leadership roles over nine years, most recently serving as a Human Resources Executive Leader for Target Stores in the City of Chicago. Throughout his tenure, James developed deep expertise in talent management, full-cycle recruiting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee relations. At P4, James leverages his experience to foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and engagement, ensuring our team remains aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional security solutions.
