Lawrence Doria is the founder, president, and CEO of P4S, and has more than 40 years of experience working in the security industry. He has held leadership roles in large security firms, as well as currently serving as the chairman of the board and past president of the Illinois Security Professionals Association (ISPA), of which he has been a member for more than three decades.

Prior to founding P4S, Doria was the Chicago-area vice president, and vice president of business development for Securitas Security Services USA. He is also the former president and CEO of Security Management & Investigations (SMI), as well as the former president of The Security Professionals, Inc (SPI). In both firms, he was responsible for the growth and success of multi-million-dollar security and investigation operations.
