Paul Weinman
Paul Weinman is the Director of Intelligence for P4 Security Solutions, where he brings over 28 years of law enforcement experience. In his current role, Paul is responsible for analyzing crime in areas where P4 Security patrols or plans to patrol, and acts as a liaison with law enforcement agencies.
Paul’s extensive background includes serving as the Deputy Chief of Police of Field Operations for the Skokie, Illinois Police Department before his retirement. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is designated as a Certified Eligible Police Chief through the Illinois Association of Chief’s of Police (ILACP).
Throughout his career, Paul has attended various executive management programs and police personnel classes, including Northwestern University’s Executive Management Program, Staff and Command Class, and Supervision of Police Personnel Class. He has held a variety of positions within the Skokie Police Department, including Deputy Chief of Administration, Commander, Sergeant, and Patrol Officer.
As a Commander, Paul led the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force Burglary Team and oversaw Skokie’s Tactical Intervention Unit (SWAT team). He also served as the Chairman of the Safety Review Board, worked as an adjunct instructor for Kaplan University, and assessed many promotional assessment centers.
Paul is an active member of several professional associations, including the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police, the Illinois Security Professionals Association, The Chicago Terrorism Liaison Officers Committee, The Fraternal Order of Police, The Illinois Tactical Officer’s Associations, The National Tactical Officer’s Association, and the Crime Analyst of Illinois Association.
