Taylor Toms started her security career 3 years ago as a recruiter for a large international security provider. Taylor successfully implemented strategies to identify talent and successfully place personnel at a number of locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Taylor’s successful execution of these strategies quickly established her as a leading recruiter in the market. In early 2020, Taylor joined the P4 Security Solutions (P4s) Team as a recruitment specialist. Taylor has successfully identified talent for both armed and unarmed as well as supported efforts for P4P’s off duty law enforcement team. Prior to joining the security industry, Taylor attended Joliet Junior College.
