Tony Ramos is a Senior Consultant of Integration and Technology at P4 Companies. He specializes in conducting physical security assessments, working with clients in updating or full system designs, developing requests for proposals and vendor selection.

Tony is an accomplished security subject matter expert with over 40 years in the private security sector. Previous employers, clients, professional industry organizations, law enforcement, and civic groups have recognized his leadership and proficiency regarding corporate security management, threat assessment, risk mitigation, physical security systems, and AI advanced analytics.

He has insight and a deep understanding of security design, manufacturing, and end-user experience to expose vulnerabilities and provide detailed recommendations. His primary focus is on video surveillance systems, high-definition cameras, video management, AI advanced video analytics, mmWave wireless transmission, RFID Tracking, access control systems, and system integration.

In addition to understanding essential security systems, devices, and procedures, he maintains a vast network of national and international resources, allowing him to stay current with the latest technologies and best practices. These resources also allow him to develop fully customized solutions while addressing challenging and complex situations.

Tony is also the founder of Integra Security Alliance, Inc., which provided a full selection of security-related consulting services. Additionally, he has held numerous senior security management positions, including Vice President of Sales for Total Information Services, a division of USIS (US Investigation Services), and Corporate Security Director for Carson Pirie Scott.

Early in his career, Tony worked for Underwriters Laboratory (UL) in the burglary, protection, and signaling department. During that time, he was responsible for evaluating and assessing security-related equipment that included safes, ATMs, access control systems, burglary systems, intrusion devices, weapon detection systems, and fire detection/suppression systems to ensure compliance with standards.
