Marcos Robakidze is the Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager for P4 Companies. In this role, Marcos manages the extensive array of access control and surveillance systems involved in providing clients advanced remote security. In addition to this, he trains and manages an elite team of SOC Operators and Field Inspectors, ensuring they maintain a high level of proficiency, while effectively utilizing personnel to accomplish company objectives.
Marcos was formally the Security Coordinator for Sidley Austin LLP., managing a SOC responsible for 22 locations, in 8 different time zones, on three different continents. In this role, he gained the knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic planning ability now being implemented at P4 to help clients handle their Security needs.
Prior to his security career, Marcos spent 10 years in the U.S. Army where he held multiple military occupational specialties including ammunition specialist (89B), and Infantry Officer (11A). He deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, receiving various awards and commendation medals for his outstanding performance. After the war, Marcos attended Robert Morris University in Chicago Illinois where he received a bachelor’s in law enforcement administration.
