Director of Executive Protection and Vulnerability Assessment Jeff Tarr, brings almost 35 years of federal law enforcement experience. His responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of protection and threat assessments for our clients.

During his time as a Senior Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, Jeff provided site and security plans for the highest-ranking U.S. government officials to include the President and Vice President of the United States, their families, and many foreign heads of state visiting the U.S. He brings great expertise to provide security plans and threat assessment for close personal protection, protective shifts, and environments that include but are not limited to sites, motorcades, hospitals, hotels and airports.

He has worked in eight presidential campaigns and several United Nations General Assemblies serving in roles of advance agent, shift agent and in protective intelligence and countersurveillance capacities. Jeff directed hotel security for forty heads of state and their spouses across twenty different hotels during the NATO Summit in Chicago.

Jeff is a member of the Illinois Security Professionals Association and the American Society for Industrial Security. Jeff graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice.
