Todd serves as Corporate Controller for P4 Companies, where he leads all financial functions, providing leadership, strategy and financial oversight across the organization.
In this role, Todd drives P4’s financial integrity and data-driven decision-making, aligning financial strategy with the company’s corporate goals. His responsibilities encompass accounting, reporting, compliance, risk assessment, planning & analysis, and more—each guided by his commitment to both leadership and collaboration.
Bringing over 25 years of experience from the insurance industry, Todd’s career includes key leadership roles at companies like MetLife, Kemper, Zurich, and Arthur J. Gallagher’s Risk Placement Services. Beginning as an underwriter, he advanced through diverse financial leadership roles, managing accounting, reporting, compliance, and risk disciplines. His background uniquely equips him to strengthen P4’s financial framework and support its strategic initiatives.
