Jeff serves as the Vice President of Off-Duty Police Services at P4 Companies, where he directs all aspects of security operations involving off-duty police officers. His responsibilities encompass managing security patrols for a diverse range of clients, including colleges, universities, dispensaries, professional sports teams, and various corporate locations and venues. Jeff’s role also includes overseeing the professional development, training, and certification of off-duty police officers at P4. Jeff has been a member of the Illinois Security Professionals Association (ISPA) for the last five years.

Before joining P4, Jeff amassed extensive experience in security management, having spent eight years as the Director of Security at the Merchandise Mart for Guard Management Services Corporation (GMSC), the corporation that owns the Merchandise Mart and several Manhattan, New York properties. He also has held the position of Events Director of Security for a prominent national entertainment organization over the last eight years.
Prior to his most recent experiences in private security, Jeff’s career in law enforcement has spanned 24 years, where he served the public in various roles, including as a police officer, detective, K9 officer, and arson and homicide investigator for the villages of Rosemont and Gurnee. Early in his career, Jeff worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT), firefighter, and fire technician. He currently holds the position of Chief of Police in Holiday Hills on a part-time basis, a role he has held since December of 2021.

The extensive background in both public and private security sectors Jeff brings to P4 uniquely positions him to continue to enhance the already robust professionalism and service standards. His core philosophy revolves around leveraging his broad experiences to elevate excellence among P4’s off-duty police officers, ensuring exceptional service and protection in all aspects of their duties.
